Important Information 

Dynamic models have pinch points present, spinning dynamic models while hands, fingers, toes, or any other body part is inside the model can lead to bodily injury and damage to the model. Printed plastic can have sharp edges, efforts are made to de-bur the models in post-production, but there may still be sharp edges present that can cause injury, please be careful when handling models to prevent injury. If children are allowed to use the models, adult supervision and guidance is required to prevent injury. SCD Designs LLC is not responsible for any personal injury, medical claims, property damages, lost wages, or any other negative effects that the use or misuse of their products may cause. Use at your own risk. 

Shipping costs will be estimated in the cart at checkout, please allow 5-7 days for delivery once you receive the email that your order has shipped. Due to the fact that we are a small business, shipping will only take place once a week, in stock items will ship out within 7 days of the order being received; non-stock items will require a minimum 7-14 days for production (depending on backlog) then will ship at the next designated ship date. Contact us if you have special shipping needs and we will determine if we can accommodate your request.

We offer no warranty, expressed or implied for our products. Any claims for refund or replacement will be addressed at the sole discretion of SCD Designs, LLC. Please understand you are purchasing a 3D printed model from a small business, not a molded plastic product that is mass produced. Although we make every effort to provide a product that is visually appealing, there may be z-banding, tool marks, flaws, discoloring, or imperfections in the surface finish. Additionally, these are plastic models, they may break if subjected to impacts, bending, twisting, drops, hammering, shark attack, pit-bull mauling, children under age 80, excessive torque on fasteners, earthquakes, hurricanes, tsunamis, volcanic activity, washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, or anyone named Jay who happens to be a millwright. Seriously, we are good people who are just trying to provide training tools that (we think) are useful, we will always try to do the right thing and not take advantage of our customers, but at the end of the day, we will hold final judgement on what the "right thing" is, to prevent undue losses to the company. If these terms are not suitable to you, please do not purchase this product, purchaser assumes all risks.

Returns/Refunds will be allowed on a case by case basis at the discretion of SCD Designs LLC. No refund will be issued without the product being returned and inspected for misuse or abuse, all returns/refunds, if granted, are subject to a 20% restock fee.

These are 3D printed items and may have tooling marks and Z-banding lines present. We make every effort to provide an acceptable finish on our products and are continually making attempts to improve our processes. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of your purchase, please reach out to us and we will, at our discretion, make a reasonable attempt to make you whole for your purchase.

We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect information about you and your internet connection/device including but not limited to: IP address, e-mail address, browser type and version, country of origin, time zone, and purchase history. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with an online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.  

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. We do not control or make any guarantees of how your data may be used by our payment processor, website host, shipping company or any other entity that requires your information to complete a transaction with us. SCD Designs LLC assumes no liability for misuse or distribution of your information by third parties.
